End-User License Agreement for WaterBlocks

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the user) and WatermanMC and JayZacWell (collectively referred to as "Licensor" or "the Developers") for the game software WaterBlocks, including all executable files, data, assets, and documentation (collectively, the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not install or use the Game.

Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for free. This license is strictly for your personal, private, and non-commercial entertainment on a personal computer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are permitted to record, stream, and create video content of the Game (such as Let's Plays or reviews) on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, including the right to monetize that content through advertisements and donations.

The Game is licensed for free, not sold. You acknowledge that the Game's source code, architecture, and logic are valuable trade secrets. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights within the Game belong exclusively to the Developers. Specifically, all code and software systems are the property of WatermanMC, and all music tracks and specified texture assets are the property of JayZacWell. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

You agree NOT to, and will not assist others to:

• Source Code Theft: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive or discover the source code of the Game.
• Asset Ripping: Extract, copy, reuse, or distribute any game assets including but not limited to JayZacWell's music tracks and textures for external use, other games, or personal projects. This video permission applies strictly to gameplay context; you may not extract or monetize the Game's music tracks or textures as standalone content.
• Commercial Exploitation: Sell, rent, lease, or charge others to access or play this Game. You may not bundle this Game with any software or paid products without the explicit permission of the Developers.

Because the Game is provided to you free of charge, it is delivered "AS IS." Licensor provides no warranties regarding game performance, bugs, compatibility, or that the Game will always be available.

The Developers welcome your feedback, bug reports, crash logs, and suggestions ("Feedback") to help improve the Game. By submitting Feedback to the Developers (via Discord), you agree that:

• No Compensation: The Developers are not required to pay you or provide rewards for your Feedback.
• Ownership: You grant the Developers a perpetual, free, worldwide license to use, implement, and share your Feedback to modify or patch the Game.
• No Obligation to Fix: While the Developers appreciate reports, they are under no legal obligation to fix every reported bug or respond to your submission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (including computer damage, data loss, or system errors) arising from your use of the Game. Because you paid $0 for this license, Licensor's maximum liability to you is limited to $0.

The Developers reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time to reflect changes in the Game's development, new features, or updated legal regulations. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to stop distributing the Game at any time. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically without notice if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete the Game executable and user data folders from your computer.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Philippines.
