Its because im a small developer and nobody wants to pay the expensive yearly expensive microsoft tax. If youre still not comfortable, use VirusTotal to verify

Is this a virus?
I scanned it on VirusTotal and 68/69 vendors say it' 100% clean. One tiny AI slop called Trapmine flagged it because its a single .exe and the AI doesnt recognize it

Simply click More info and then Run anyway. Then that menu will never bother you again
